My Background

I did not start my career in mortgage lending. I spent years as a college marching band director — managing large groups of students, high-stakes logistics, and the kind of complex, moving-parts coordination that sounds nothing like mortgages but actually prepared me perfectly for this work.

Teaching people how to perform under pressure. Communicating clearly in high-stakes moments. Building systems that don't fail when everything depends on them. Breaking down complex information so that everyone in the room understands what they need to do and when they need to do it.

Those are the skills I bring to every mortgage transaction.

When I transitioned into lending, I did not just learn the products — I learned the people. I learned what it feels like to sit across from someone who has been told they can't qualify, and to find a path forward that no one else found. I learned what it means to be the person a family trusts with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
